FAQ
1. What Is a Control Panel and Why Does It Matter?
A control panel is the central hub that operates and connects your car wash equipment. It consolidates all inputs, outputs, and wiring into a single streamlined system. With our customized control panel, all components of your car wash equipment—including the tunnel controller motor, starter circuit breaker, relays, and communication wiring—are seamlessly integrated and wired to the Motor Control Panel (MCP) in the equipment room.
2. Will I need to hire an electrician, and will this incur additional costs?
With our control panel, most of the wiring for components, POS systems, inputs, and outputs are handled by our installers during the equipment installation process.
3. Will the control panel take up a lot of space?
Not at all! Every control panel is customized to your facility’s unique needs, ensuring we optimize equipment placement and save as much space as possible.
4. Can you handle small production orders?
Absolutely. We provide low-volume production runs while maintaining top-tier quality and attention to detail.
5. How long does the process take?
The timeline depends on the complexity of your requirements, but we work efficiently to deliver your control panels as quickly as possible.
